It is with great sadness that we write to tell you of the passing of beloved Elyce Azriel, wife of High Holiday Rabbi, Aryeh Azriel. Elyce died on May 8, 2020, following many health issues. We extend our condolences to Aryeh and to their daughter Leora and son Yaniv.
Elyce has been a big part of JCK for a number of years, as she joined us, together with Rabbi Aryeh. Sara Silverman and Elyce have been friends since 1970, when they attended a Jewish summer camp together. Sara shared the photo below.
